  • They can either use their existing call center system or just have us configure extensions on this end. We can also have it configured on our call center setup on this end to effectively handle the calls.
  • We use Asterisk Server and we have all the facilities needed including Voice Logger, Barging, Whispering, Reports and Call Monitoring to ensure effectiveness.
